✅ Dispatch coordination
✅ Load-search support

Fleet Path Dispatch does not guarantee that any carrier will receive a load, earn a specific amount of money, obtain a specific lane, receive broker approval, or maintain a specific level of revenue.

2. FMCSA-Aligned Dispatch Disclaimer

Fleet Path Dispatch operates as a dispatch support and administrative service for motor carriers and/or owner-operators.

Fleet Path Dispatch is not a motor carrier unless specifically stated in writing.

Fleet Path Dispatch is not a freight broker unless separately licensed and identified as such.

Fleet Path Dispatch does not hold itself out to the public as a licensed broker unless legally authorized to do so.

Fleet Path Dispatch does not take possession of freight, does not operate trucks, does not provide transportation of property, and does not assume motor carrier safety responsibilities.

Under FMCSA guidance, dispatch services may be classified differently depending on the nature and scope of the activity. Fleet Path Dispatch intends to operate in a manner consistent with dispatch support, carrier representation, administrative support, and/or bona fide agency-style services where applicable.

The motor carrier remains solely responsible for:

✅ Its own FMCSA authority
✅ USDOT/MC compliance
✅ Insurance coverage
✅ Safety fitness
✅ Driver qualification
✅ Hours-of-service compliance
✅ Vehicle maintenance
✅ Cargo handling
✅ Permits
✅ Tax obligations
✅ Legal compliance
✅ Accepting or rejecting loads
✅ Final business decisions

3. No Broker, Carrier, or Legal Relationship Created by Website Use

Use of this website does not create a broker-carrier relationship, attorney-client relationship, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship unless a separate written agreement is signed by the parties.

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

Fleet Path Dispatch reserves the right to refuse service to any person, carrier, owner-operator, driver, dispatcher, broker, or company for any lawful reason.

4. Carrier Responsibility

Carriers and owner-operators are responsible for ensuring they are legally authorized to operate.

You agree that you are responsible for verifying and maintaining:

✅ Active USDOT number, if applicable
✅ Active MC authority, if applicable
✅ Proper insurance
✅ Cargo insurance, if required
✅ Proper equipment
✅ Driver qualifications
✅ Compliance with FMCSA rules
✅ Compliance with state and local laws
✅ Compliance with broker or shipper requirements

Fleet Path Dispatch may assist with communication or document forwarding, but we do not guarantee that documents are correct, complete, valid, accepted, or legally sufficient.

5. No Earnings or Load Guarantee

Fleet Path Dispatch does not guarantee:

✅ Same-day loads
✅ Specific rates
✅ Specific revenue
✅ Specific lanes
✅ Broker approval
✅ Shipper approval
✅ Factoring approval
✅ Carrier growth
✅ Profitability
✅ Business success

Any examples, testimonials, estimates, or statements about potential opportunities are for general informational and marketing purposes only. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, freight volume, equipment type, insurance status, location, driver availability, authority age, safety history, broker requirements, and carrier decisions.

6. Load Selection and Final Approval

Fleet Path Dispatch may assist in locating or presenting load opportunities. However, the carrier or authorized representative is solely responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting any load.

Before accepting any load, the carrier must review:

✅ Rate confirmation
✅ Pickup and delivery locations
✅ Dates and times
✅ Commodity
✅ Weight
✅ Detention terms
✅ Layover terms
✅ Lumper terms
✅ Broker information
✅ Insurance requirements
✅ Special instructions
✅ Payment terms

Fleet Path Dispatch is not responsible for losses caused by carrier acceptance of a load, missed appointments, rejected loads, detention disputes, cargo claims, rate disputes, non-payment, chargebacks, broker issues, or shipper/receiver delays.

7. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Any fees for dispatch services, administrative support, consulting, setup, referrals, or related services must be agreed upon separately.

Fees may be based on flat rates, percentages, setup fees, weekly fees, monthly fees, referral fees, or other agreed payment structures.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

✅ Payments are due when invoiced.
✅ Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
✅ Dispatch service fees may be due regardless of whether the carrier later cancels a load.
✅ Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of service.

Fleet Path Dispatch may use third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, fees, holds, reversals, or account restrictions caused by third-party processors.

8. No Handling of Freight Funds Unless Separately Agreed

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Fleet Path Dispatch does not receive shipper payments, broker payments, freight charges, carrier settlements, or funds owed to carriers.

Carriers are responsible for their own billing, factoring, payment collection, invoicing, and accounting unless separate written support services are agreed upon.

9. Factoring, Insurance, Fuel Cards, and Third-Party Services

Fleet Path Dispatch may provide information or referrals related to factoring companies, insurance providers, fuel cards, compliance services, dispatch tools, ELD providers, or other trucking-related third-party services.

We do not guarantee approval, pricing, rates, terms, service quality, or results from any third-party provider.

Any agreement with a third-party company is strictly between you and that provider.

Fleet Path Dispatch is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, delays, denials, account holds, chargebacks, claims, cancellations, or disputes.
